Welcome back after a rather long hiatus caused by personal matters. Sometimes you can't skip certain things and you have to deal with them. Luckily I can say that everything is behind us. And how are you? How after Christmas?

I have plenty of reviews to catch up on, the stack of books I've read has grown nicely in that time. I fly the first fire with a book I literally couldn't tear myself out of. And we're talking about "Never Never" by Tarryn Fisher and Colleen Hoover. Have you already read this article?

Charlie wakes up at school not knowing anything. He wonders who he is and what is he doing here. All memories of her were gone from her. Turns out the same thing happened to Silas. All they know is that they are a couple and they love each other. At first the girl is suspicious of the boy, but something draws her to him. Together they will try to discover the truth and the reason why their memories were stolen.

I have not found such a theme in any book I have read so far. I am very happy with the reading. The story of Charlie and Silas captivated me from the first page. I kept wondering how it was that only these two had lost all their memories. I couldn't foresee the reason because the authors cleverly deceived me. They came up with more and more solutions that turned out to be wrong. The book is divided into three parts, but when the first one was finished I was quite shocked. In each of these parts, the characters learn more about their memory loss. I went through it all with Charlie and Silas, there were tears of joy but also tears of sadness. I was deeply touched by this story and I had not read a book like this in a long time. I highly recommend it!

10/10⭐️ from me

• I was standing by the bookcase when I suddenly forgot what I was doing with it. Who is the girl who helps me sort the books? Why does she look at me so weird? And who am I?! I can't even remember my own name... I feel lost, and on top of that, behind my ear, someone keeps yelling "Charlie, come on!", as if I can somehow magically stimulate this reluctant boy... and he hugged me why do I always like we were a couple?

This story was new to me. The idea of the plot, the characters, the way it was written... everything stole my heart and made me read it in one night. Although I know the pen of Colleen Hoover very well, when she was combined with Tarryn Fisher, the story of Charlie and Silas became even more magical. We started the book, we don't know anything. Like Charlie and Silas, we are lost trying to find our way in their world. From page to page we learn more and more about it, and this burning need to find answers to all the questions that plague us is so strong that it is difficult for us to take a short break from reading.

The character creation was great and I'll tell you frankly, Silas has become my next book crush because he's really hard to resist. Interestingly, I also really liked the supporting characters, and the fact that the book doesn't just focus on Charlie and Silas gave it a whole other dimension. I love how beautifully intertwined everything is and that no hint, no hint of telling the truth, has been overlooked. Every little thing had its explanation and it was so nice to discover it...

This story gets a big yes from me! The story, although a bit fairy tale-like, does indeed steal hearts and is perfect for any hopeless romantic who believes in great love and destiny.

A very nice young man with an interesting plot. I liked the approach that the main characters start from scratch and have to gradually acquire more information just like the reader.
I love Colleen and I don't know the other lady, but I have to admit they put out a decent book. When I read the first few chapters, I myself was so confused that I had to take a break for a while.
The memory leak explanation was pretty cheesy, but somehow it fits.

I've read quite a few Colleen's books, unfortunately I didn't like this one, it was very hard for me to break down what was going on. There's a memory loss theme in "Never Never" that also put me off. In my opinion, the main characters are not very well developed. Come see some negative aspects of this novel, I can't say it doesn't have great plots. I like that Silas and Charlie don't give up and fight to be remembered.

I can't believe I'm starting my first post with a quotes post (in April this quotes version will be two years old, and practically since I started keeping this account, quotes in the graphic version for posts have been with me 🤭 ).

Also, I think that "Never, never" in this version of the post fits perfectly with the theme that arises there.

"Fate is the magnetic field that draws our soul to the people, places, and things that are right for us."

Love is worth risking everything for. Charlie and Silas don't know who they are, how they feel about each other, where they came from, or what happened before in their lives. You don't know your past. Crumpled pages, mysterious notes, and photos from unknown places must help them discover what once brought them together. But can feelings be restored? Can you remember that you ever loved each other? What if oblivion is the only thing that saves you from madness? Fate brought Silas and Charlie together. Will it be enough to rekindle the love in their hearts? Never forget that I kissed you first. Never forget that you will be the last one I kiss. And never stop loving me. Never...

Getting to know this story and these characters in the revamped version of Tarryn Fisher and Colleen Hoover's artwork was a wonderful adventure. After all, Colleen is one of those authors whose stories have moved and delighted me for the past year or so, which is why searching for follow-up titles from this author is like going back in time and remembering the years when I was the first time i read it. books that appeared in our bookstores.

The theme of fate and forgotten memories/past won me over from the start.

"I'd rather love you when you're down than despise you when you're up."

The author's language, translated for us by Piotr Grzegorzewski, makes me want to read one more sentence, as always, even if the story has a perfect ending, I always want to know more.

Here we not only learn and read something, but also experience all the fates that befall our heroes, which always delights me in Hoover's books. There has not been a title that has not made you cry, laugh at the jokes of the characters or admire the charming moments of the author's novels.

"-What is the meaning of life?" I asked. {...}
"It depends on what kind of life you mean."

I highly recommend this position, the number of snippets I want to make of a page with a quote is pretty hefty to me and has to mean something.

My rating yes 5/5 🌟

Every time I see Collen Hoover on the cover of a book, no matter what, I know I'll have it and read it.

"I do not love you.
Nick un Nick.
and I will not love
Never."

➡️ The main characters, Silas and Charlie, don't remember anything, suddenly they both lose their memory. They don't know who they are, what happened in the past, they don't know what they feel for each other. You have no memories. They must rediscover the truth about themselves, their lives, their families and learn the story of their oblivion. And they will have to face many difficulties...

➡️ The book captivated me from the first sentences. The author's writing style is impressive. The story itself, based on two soul mates who must meet, is deeply traumatic and romantic. I admit without blinking that I stopped the night for her. Unfortunately, the memories of the main characters that you will discover are not always worth it, because as the description says, the memory itself is worse than oblivion. The book is very valuable, it shows us the power of love, the reasons why we love the other person and teaches us how to fight adversity and choose the people who care about us ❤.

As you know, I love Colleen Hoover's work and that probably won't change. However, I approached this book very cautiously.
It is all due to the opinions on Tik Tok, which vary greatly. 🤷

It wouldn't be me if I didn't find out for myself! And you know what? I liked! ♥️♥️

Colleen Hoover has created an extraordinary novel in duet with Tarryn Fisher. A novel about love, destiny and the fight for one's own happiness.
Brilliant story idea! Fantastic character design and ending, beautifully nostalgic. ♥️ I love it!
What can I say, I really liked it. At first I thought, oh, this is not going to be a story for me. Yet with every page I read, I was drawn into the world created by these talented writers, and I had little!

Imagine the situation where one day you suddenly and unexpectedly forget EVERYTHING! 😵 You have no idea who you are, where and why you are in this place, 😯 you also have no idea who the people around you are. 🥺 All your past is a complete void. There is nothing...

This is the fate of Silas and Charlie, two heroes of the book 📚 "Never Never" by Tarryn Fisher and Colleen Hoover. The girl and the boy have no idea what they have in common, but everything indicates that they have a lot. 🫢 Thanks to notes, notes and photos from the past, the couple has the opportunity to understand what happened. 😮 And even if it seems real, learning to love again someone you've been in love with 💓 and forgotten is something more complicated. 😔 Will Silas and Charlie remember their past together? 🤔 Or maybe they are betting on something else?

The story that the Fisher-Hoover duo presents is quite original and unusual, which will certainly encourage you to read this book. 👍 The loss of memory of the two protagonists, discovering their past, their forgotten lives with them and experiencing their reactions to such an unusual situation causes many emotions. 🤯 They are positive emotions when we laugh at the humor that heroes bring 😁 but also negative emotions like sadness, 😭 fear 😳 or loss. 😟

Silas and Charlie are fantastically portrayed. 🤩 They have certain characters and there are - I liked them from the beginning. 😊 The plot itself is very interesting and addictive. The authors also did a good job using clear and transparent language. 👍 This even absorbs the book. As for the ending... I think there will be pros and cons to this solution. 😉 I won't reveal more, I just recommend reading "Never, Never". in my opinion it's worth it

Charlie and Silas mysteriously lose their memories. It's simple: one minute they are in a history class and the next they don't know who they are, where they are from, what has happened in their lives and, most importantly, who they are to themselves. The scared and confused teenagers try their best to explain what happened. You will find letters, diaries and photos that show that they were very important to each other. What do you have to do to fix everything?

💙 This is one of those books that, on the one hand, you want to finish as quickly as possible to know the ending, but on the other hand, it is so beautifully written that you want to savor every page. Wonderfully designed characters who are quite mature beyond their age, a journey towards oneself, soul mates, destiny - such an adventure rarely happens. Also, we get to see the past of the characters face to face, and although I was a little scared by the trivial ending, I was not disappointed at all. It not only makes you think, it also gives you a lot of hope. "Neverland" is an entertaining, fascinating, moving and captivating story in which fate plays an extremely important role.
